At Port Melbourne Colts Junior Football Club we recognise individuals who have made significant and lasting contributions to our junior football club and honour them with a life membership. We award their sustained dedication, service, and achievements towards the club in roles such as coaching, administration, volunteer work, or any other contributions that positively impact the development and success of junior football programs.
